■ISO9001に取り組む理由

多くの他の診療所ではISO取得自体を目的にしているかもしれませんが、日吉歯科診療所は、資格取得のためISOに取り組んでいるのではありません。患者の利益のためです。私たちの方針を知ってもらえばもらうほど、多くの患者さんが当診療所を訪れてくれるようになりました。患者さんのニーズに対応するために、組織を大きくしてきました。
しかしながら、大きなシステムになったために歯科医療サービスの質を落とすわけにはいきません。そこで、私たちは質　の管理のためにISOを利用することにしました。

患者の健康な歯を持ちたいという願いのために予防処置を促進することで、明らかにアメリカ合衆国や北欧の歯科界は　繁栄してます。日本では、そのような歯科医療サービスは遅　れていますが、実現すれば、日本の歯科医療の質も医療経　済の上でもよりよくなると確信しています。

The Reason Hiyoshi Dental Office Works on ISO 9001 Although many other offices may aim toonly receive the ISO certificate,
Hiyoshi Dental Office is working on ISO not for certification, but for patients’ benefit.

The more people have known about our policy, the more patients have come to our office.
To meet the increasing number of patients’ needs, our organization has grown.
However we must avoid undermining the quality of dental services under the larger system.
Consequently, we decided to apply ISO for managing our quality. It is clear that dentistry in the United State of America and Northern Europe is prosperous thanks to promoting prophylactic for patients who wish to have healthy teeth.

Japan is behind in such dental service, but Japanese dentistry would surely be much better in quality,and profitability, when it happens.

The Goal of Dental Therapy is ... for people to maintain their oral health
